Proprietor Vincent ''Vinnie'' Napolitano brings 40 years of culinary experience to his newest venture, dating back to the 1960s with his first restaurant in New York.

Separated into a restaurant and lounge area, complete with a dance floor, Vinnie's offers happy hour music and a buffet weekdays from 4 to 7 p.m. There's also live music nightly Monday through Saturday, and a Sunday brunch from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

After moving to Florida with his family in 1975, Napolitano operated several local eateries, including Vincent's on the Water, Anthony's Runway 84, Vinnie's, Emilio's and Pines Seafood Grill.

''When a customer walks out of this establishment saying they thoroughly enjoyed their food, that is the ultimate satisfaction a restaurateur could have,'' he said.
